Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a professional and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients achieve their best smile. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and guiding them through their treatment journey.

As a key part of our team, you’ll guide patients through the treatment process by helping patients understand their treatment options, overcoming barriers such as time, finances, and fear, and ensuring they feel confident moving forward with care.

This is a full-time position supporting our offices in Largo, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Palmetto. Travel between locations is required .

What You’ll Do:

Patient Experience & Case Acceptance

• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families
• Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, engaging way
• Educate patients on the benefits of timely treatment
• Help patients overcome objections related to cost, time, or concerns
• Follow up with patients during the decision-making process

Financial Coordination

• Discuss payment options, financing, and insurance coverage
• Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain necessary approvals
• Maintain accurate financial records within patient account systems

Operations & Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with the orthodontist on treatment plans
• Help maintain productive and efficient schedules
• Manage patient registration and ensure accurate documentation
• Utilize practice management software and Microsoft Office tools effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (dental/healthcare preferred)
• Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable learning dental terminology and new systems
• Team player with strong leadership qualities
• Willingness to travel between locations (Largo, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Palmetto)
