Job Description As a Shift Manager, you will help operate the restaurant on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll support the management team, facilitate performance and training initiatives, and provide exceptional customer service that keeps customers coming back. Qualifications Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience. Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. Be at least 18 years of age.
