SQL DBA

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a SQL DBA to join their team. As a SQL DBA, you will be part of the Database Support team supporting enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: SQL DBA / Admin Location: Charlotte, NC (Brevard) Pay Range: What's the Job? Manage and support medium-to-high profile database projects and services, focusing on analytics and operational reporting. Configure and maintain Always On availability groups with SQL Server 2019 - 2022 to ensure high availability and disaster recovery. Collaborate with technology teams and business partners to implement, support, and optimize data architecture and services. Develop documentation and technical procedures to support ongoing database operations and enhancements. Provide analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for database-related issues across all SDLC environments. What's Needed? 4+ years of experience in Database Engineering or equivalent, including hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS. Experience managing Always On configurations with SQL Server 2019 - 2022. Strong knowledge of database administration, performance tuning, and security best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Nice to have: Autosys experience and familiarity with ServiceNow. What's in it for me?
