Finance Manager We are looking for a driven, process-oriented Finance Manager who thrives in a KPI-focused dealership environment and understands how to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Finance Manager at a Rohrman dealership, you'll play a pivotal role in the ownership experience — structuring deals, presenting financing options, and helping customers protect their investment. This is a high-earning position for someone who is detail-oriented, compliance-minded, and skilled at building trust quickly. You’ll partner closely with the sales team to close transactions and deliver a seamless customer journey from handshake to delivery. Responsibilities Work directly with customers to present financing and leasing options tailored to their financial situation and vehicle needs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure favorable rates and terms. Present and sell F&I products including extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and protection packages. Ensure all financing paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize per-deal profitability while maintaining excellent CSI scores. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of current manufacturer programs, incentives, and rate sheets. Mentor and support sales staff on finance processes and product knowledge. Compensation and Schedule $15,000 - $25,000 per month 40 hour work week Requirements 2+ years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred Strong knowledge of lender relationships, approvals, and deal structuring Proven track record of maximizing PVR and product penetration goals Ability to work closely with sales management and desk managers to support dealership performance Strong understanding of compliance regulations and finance paperwork accuracy Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record State insurance license (or ability to obtain) High ethical standards and commitment to a transparent, customer-first process Key Expectations Drive finance profitability and overall product performance Maintain and strengthen lender relationships Ensure deal accuracy, compliance, and timely funding Achieve VSC, GAP, and product penetration goals Deliver a smooth, transparent, and professional customer experience Support and reinforce dealership processes and accountability standards Experience with Tekion and dealership CRM systems is a plus.
