Healthcare Recruiters seeks two full-time Mobile Physical Therapists. Our client is headquartered in Golden Valley, MN but these positions cover a 35 miles radius over the following cities: One covering Mankato, Elmore, Owatonna and one covering Center City, Centerville, Chisago, Chisago City, Chisago Lake, Columbus, Forest Lake, Harris, Hugo, Lindstrom, Lino Lakes, Marine on St Croix, North Branch, Scandia, Shafer, Spring Lake, Stacy, Taylors Falls, Wyoming all in MN.

Full-time plus one weekend per month. Flexible shifts and retention/sign-on bonus!

This is a traveling role and pay per visit salary structure with mileage reimbursement between client/in-home locations. Very flexible schedule with field-based autonomy. Supportive leadership and opportunities for growth.

Pay Scale: Potential annual compensation: approx. $110,000$210,000 annually (paid per visit)

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate client function and mobility through in-home assessments.
• Design and implement patient-specific rehabilitation strategies.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and equipment recommendations.
• Collaborate with nurses, aides, and family caregivers.

Requirements

• Current MN license as a Physical Therapist.
• New Grads considered but prefer minimum one year experience.
• Must want to work in homecare.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Home health experience preferred, but outpatient/inpatient backgrounds are welcome.
• Passion for client-centered rehabilitation.
• Must work one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) per month.
