Pay : $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (Weekend Differential Included)
Job Type : Full-Time, Part-Time, Overnight & Respite Shifts Available
Locations of Focus : Short Hills, Springfield, Union, and surrounding Essex & Union Counties

What You Will Do (Clinical Scope / Home Health Aide):

Companionship & Memory Care: Engagement, activities, and specialized support for Alzheimer’s and Dementia clients.
Personal Care (ADLs): Safe assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
Nutrition & Homemaking: Meal planning/preparation and light housekeeping.
Transportation: Transporting clients to medical appointments (e.g., dialysis), grocery shopping, and errands.

Position Requirements:

Active NJ CHHA Certification (Required).
Valid Driver’s License and reliable insured vehicle for client transport (Required).
Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a dependable attitude.
All qualified applicants—including male caregivers—are encouraged to apply! (Many of our male clients specifically request male peers for assistance).
Open availability for day, weekend, or overnight shifts is a major plus!
