Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

At BrightCare HomeCare, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing high-quality home care services that cater to their unique personal and health needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as ambulating, transferring, and using the bathroom
Monitor and report patient conditions to licensed nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services provided
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective interactions with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

About the Role:

As a CNA with BrightCare HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including patient homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes. In this role, you will be expected to work independently, as well as part of a team, to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care possible.

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
