• License/Certs: Current Georgia APRN license, Neonatal NP certification preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply

What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Manage critically ill and premature infants in a high-acuity setting
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Participate in family-centered care initiatives and neonatal education
• Engage in professional development and mentorship programs, including support for new graduates
• Document patient care accurately, ensuring compliance with hospital standards and regulations
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate care

What You Need

• Current Georgia APRN license with Neonatal NP certification (or eligible)
• One year of NICU experience preferred; strong candidates with recent training are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
