Operations Associate

Join a team that receives, protects, inspects, and ships valuable collectible items for customers who count on every order being handled with care. You'll start with 23 weeks of paid training, then work across four departments: Receiving, Sealing, Shipping, and Quality. Assignments change based on business needs, so you need to be flexible and ready to work in any department, even after your first day. This variety helps you build a broad set of skills and gives you a path to a permanent role based on your performance.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming orders by opening packages, checking items against paperwork, entering data, and printing labels.
• Carefully handle, seal, and rework collectible items in protective cases, following set procedures.
• Inspect items and completed orders to catch errors before anything leaves the building.
• Pack, label, and ship outgoing orders, checking that every detail is complete and correct.
• Move between departments as needed and work with other teams to fix order issues and support special projects.

Qualifications

Required

• No production experience required paid training provided.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, for data entry and printing labels.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods; bend, twist, and use your hands often; lift up to 50 lbs; use tools to open packaging; and hear instructions in an active work area.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with repetitive, high-accuracy, hands-on work.
