You will collaborate with a team of compassionate professionals who value evidence-based practices and prioritize patient satisfaction in every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians.Utilize advanced techniques and tools to deliver effective therapeutic care that aligns with the physician's plan of action.Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to establish strong connections with patients while providing service that exceeds their expectations.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster best patient outcomes using innovative, research-driven methodologies.Educate and motivate patients as well as their caregivers on techniques for effective recovery and rehabilitation at home.Meet or exceed departmental utilization goals and contribute towards overall clinic objectives.Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic serves a diverse clientele, treating conditions across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine domains. This role offers the opportunity to work with patients of all ages who are recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will facilitate their rehabilitation journeys, guiding them to reach their goals and improve their functional abilities with personalized care.QualificationsGraduate from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state license to practice physical therapy.Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and other relevant computer applications.Ability to forge strong relationships with patients, demonstrating a genuine interest in their rehabilitation and well-being.A proactive approach in establishing connections within the community to enhance patient outreach and engagement.Preferred ExperienceExperience in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to continuous professional development.Compensation and BenefitsYou will receive a competitive compensation package between $100,000 and $120,000 annually and enjoy a range of benefits designed to enhance your professional life.
