Property Accountant — Real Estate Finance & Month-End Expert

Rise48 Equity in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Property Accountant to join our Accounting Team. You will prepare monthly financial statements for 8-10 properties, perform month-end close, and ensure accuracy of reporting. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, meets deadlines, and collaborates with Property Managers and Regional Directors.
