About the Position

Job Title: Acute RN - Dialysis Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days/Evenings Hours per Shift: 8 or 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required state license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Clinicians are required to perform any tasks within their scope of practice as requested. - Charge experience is preferred for RNs. - Candidates may be required to float to different locations based on client needs. - Rotation for weekend shifts is required. Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in dialysis within an acute care setting. Candidates must provide necessary verifications and certifications at the time of submission. Prior dialysis experience is preferred but not mandatory. Travel experience is also preferred, though not required. The role includes working Monday through Saturday, with shifts that may vary in length. Clinicians can expect to work 36 hours per week. Weekend on-call requirements include working one weekend per month and Sunday call during the weekend rotation. The machines used in this unit are Fresenius, with a total of nine machines. Specific scheduling requests must be communicated upon submission. Shift lengths may be adjusted based on patient census and staffing needs. All shifts and scheduling will be determined by client requirements. This role is oriented toward providing quality patient care in a supportive and flexible environment.
