Class A CDL Driver

Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver

South Main Trucking, an affiliate of Scott Electric Company, is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver to join our Greensburg, PA branch. This role is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of materials to customers and job sites while providing professional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company box trucks to deliver materials to various locations
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks
• Unload assigned truck at delivery sites as required
• Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and follow all DOT and company safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and branch personnel
• Perform warehouse duties, as needed

Required:

• Valid Class A CDL Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years driving history
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Prior experience operating van or box trucks
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-service oriented

Preferred:

• Forklift operation experience
• Knowledge of electrical products

Must submit to a background check and drug testing
