What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality critical care to ICU patients, adhering to hospital protocols and standards
• Assess patient conditions, interpret data, and modify care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and recovery processes
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records (Epic preferred)
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure infection control standards are followed
• Adapt communication style to effectively engage with diverse patient populations

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• NIH certification highly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to perform the duties described

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
• Experience with Epic documentation and critical care procedures
