The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO tactics, tools, and analytics to increase web traffic. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO tactics, tools, and analytics to increase web traffic. Job Title SEO Specialist Responsibilities Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results rankings. Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials. Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance. Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals. Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy. Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Required Skills And Qualifications Proven experience as SEO Specialist or similar role. Experience with SEO reporting and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Google Search Console). Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web standards. Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices. Experience with SEO content creation, link building, and keyword strategy. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to generate creative ideas.
