Job Summary
We are a luxury watch store seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Office Assistant & Watch Photographer. In this role, you will split your time between essential office administration and producing high-end product photography for our e-commerce website, eBay and Chrono24 store.
We provide a fully equipped, in-house photography studio. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using professional camera bodies, macro lenses, and studio lighting setups to flawlessly capture the intricate details, textures, and conditions of high-value timepieces without glare or distortion.
Responsibilities
- Product Photography & Studio Setup: Utilize our in-house DSLR/mirrorless cameras, macro lenses, and studio lighting (strobes/continuous lights, diffusers, and tents) to capture high-resolution photos and videos of luxury watches.
- Online Listing Management: Draft and upload highly accurate watch listings, detailing condition, model numbers, and serial numbers to our website and Chrono24.
- Media Editing: Perform professional, realistic photo editing (color correction, dust removal, and cropping) while maintaining the true integrity and condition of the timepiece.
- Office Administration: Manage incoming store emails, answer phone inquiries, organize digital files, assist with secure shipping/logistics for online orders, and support daily retail office operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced Camera & Lighting Skills: Proven experience with professional camera systems, dedicated macro photography, and studio lighting control.
- Administrative Excellence: Strong background in office tasks, data entry, professional email etiquette, and organized digital asset management.
- Detail-Oriented & Trustworthy: Exceptional eye for detail (essential for spotting microscopic dust, scratches, and matching reference numbers) and a high level of integrity working around high-value luxury goods.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar professional editing software. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
