Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care across multiple units of varying acuity levels, including Critical Care Unit (CCU), Intermediate Care (IMC), and Emergency Department (ED). The RN will float to other units as needed and should possess a flexible and adaptable skill set to manage patient care for diverse medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage critical drips and medications in accordance with unit protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.
• Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital sign monitoring.
• Interpret telemetry readings and provide necessary interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; ACLS is necessary for CCU and ED roles.
• A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in ICU or ED preferred.
• Experience managing patient ratios ranging from 1:2 to 1:10.
