- Flexible schedule, allowing work from home or managing another job.
- Competitive compensation, with a stipend paid twice per month plus room and board payments.
- 24/7 support and access to training and community resources.
- Reside in Maine with a spare bedroom in a well-maintained home.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Willingness to complete required training and maintain compliance.
- Current home insurance.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, creativity, and commitment to supporting individuality and growth.
- Ability to complete required paperwork and certifications (DSP, CPR/First Aid), with training covered or reimbursed.
- Home with two clear exits and a spare bedroom (minimum 8' x 10').
- Pass background checks for everyone over 18 in the home.
