You'll travel between stores, build strong teams, keep operations running smoothly, and bring positive energy everywhere you go. This role is perfect for someone who's been an Assistant Store Manager, retail lead, field trainer, or staffing coordinator and is ready for something bigger. If you're the type of person who walks into chaos and immediately starts organizing, motivating, and improving things we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and motivating retail teams
• Managing schedules, events, and store support operations
• Coaching employees to perform at a high level
• Building relationships with retail managers and field teams
