Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality? The Baymont Inn by Wyndham Helena is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our amazing team!
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. Your professionalism and positive attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience.
Position Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday (5 days/week), 3pm - 11pm (8 Hour Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
- Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Synxis Hub) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
