Restaurant Leader (General Manager)

Job Overview Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager for our Santa Barbara location. The role focuses on strategic direction, financial performance, compliance, and people development to maintain our high standards of service and operations. Responsibilities Ensure overall financial success through forecasting, budgeting, and managing profit and loss. Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements. Recruit, hire, train, and manage performance of management‑level crew members. Develop and deploy crew schedules and training plans. Act as manager on duty, opening/closing the restaurant, and handling cash management. Use tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and address corrective actions. Provide exceptional customer service and enforce cleanliness and facility upkeep. Achieve and maintain training status and performance metrics. Qualifications Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities. Self‑driven, flexible, energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Effective independently and collaboratively; capable of problem identification, goal setting, and action planning. Emotionally intelligent, able to measure performance subjectively and objectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems. Available for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and travel for training. Professional brand ambassador inside and outside the restaurant. Minimum of 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience. Experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Valid driver’s license.
