CNA Job Summary: We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver personalized care and support to our patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. CNA Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with transfer and repositioning of residents using proper body mechanics Take vital signs, monitor patients' conditions, and report any changes to the nursing staff Assist with meals and snacks, as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including keeping living areas tidy and restocking supplies Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to residents CNA Requirements: Current Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification in the state of Georgia High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with proper body mechanics Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Berrien Oaks Nursing and Rehab What We Offer: CNA 8 hour shifts 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm Shift Diff: +$1.25 Evenings , +$1.00 Nights , +$2.50 Weekends See your Schedule, Available shifts for Pick Up, and your pay subs (&more!) all in one place with Empeon.
