Coleman Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care and daily clinic operations in Dover, DE. Position Summary

The Medical Assistant will assist clinical staff with front-and-back office responsibilities while supporting smooth patient flow and high-quality care. This temporary role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can balance patient interaction with administrative and clinical support tasks in an onsite environment. You will work in a fast-paced healthcare setting, helping ensure accurate documentation, timely rooming, and efficient coordination of patient needs. Key Responsibilities

Support clinicians with routine patient care activities, including preparing exam rooms and assisting during visits as directed

Take and document basic patient information and vital signs accurately and in a timely manner

Perform administrative duties to maintain efficient operations, including scheduling support and coordinating patient check-in/out

Ensure patient records and documentation are complete, accurate, and handled according to established confidentiality standards

Assist with inventory and workflow needs to help maintain readiness of clinical supplies and equipment

Required Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare or clinical support role, with demonstrated comfort working directly with patients

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation

Professional communication skills and the ability to remain calm and service-focused in a busy environment

Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times

Reliability and readiness to work onsite in Dover, DE for a temporary assignment

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical or outpatient setting

Familiarity with common clinical intake and administrative workflows

Comfort supporting both administrative and assisting tasks as needs change throughout the day

Compensation

Hourly rate: $20 - $24
