Pay Rate: $1,500.00 - $1,700.00 gross per week

Travel: All inclusive

Assignment Length: 13 weeks 

EMR: Epic

Schedule: 5x8's, 40 hours guaranteed

• One opening: PM - 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
• Second opening: MID - 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Additional Details about the position

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN, NP, PA, or Physician.
• Assess, collect, document, and evaluate patient health information to identify care needs and monitor outcomes.
• Implement nursing interventions and document patient care accurately and timely.
• Recognize and report changes in patient condition or deviations from expected outcomes.
• Follow evidence-based nursing practices, policies, and standards of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Supervise and direct care provided by support staff and other LPNs (LPN Advanced role).
• Serve as a resource for team members and assist with orientation and training of new staff.
• Perform and document Point of Care (POC) testing, quality control, and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment according to established procedures. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous healthcare experience, preferred
• Experience with Epic is strongly preferred but not required. 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  

• BLS

• NY

Our Hospital is a not-for-profit medical facility located in Oneonta, New York, United States. This location "is a general medical and surgical facility" that also is a teaching hospital. They operate a "satellite emergency department" in nearby Sidney, New York.
