Part-Time Sales BDC Representative

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales BDC Representative to handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and support our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to leads via phone, text, email, and chat.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Follow up with prospective customers and re-engage unsold leads.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Complete daily follow-up activities and assigned tasks.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet appointment-setting and lead-response goals.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service.
