The Talent Acquisition Assistant provides onsite administrative and candidate-facing support to the Talent Acquisition team in Antioch, TN. Responsibilities Welcome walk-in applicants and support a professional candidate experience Assist candidates with online applications, assessments, and completion of required documentation Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with interview scheduling and candidate communications Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure updates are completed in the

Complete administrative work including filing, data entry, and reporting Help coordinate candidate flow during high-volume hiring periods and recruiting events Route candidate questions or concerns to the appropriate member of the TA team Maintain confidentiality of candidate information at all times Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or administrative experience preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook , Word , and Excel Strong organizational skills and communication skills Friendly, welcoming approach and comfort interacting with people from diverse backgrounds Bilingual in Spanish preferred Technologies Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel ATS/HRIS Work Environment and Physical Requirements 100% onsite role in Antioch, TN Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout office and warehouse facilities as needed Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Quanta Manufacturing Nashville
