Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation And Medical/Surgical Float

Day Shift 7a-7p

Assignment Details

Primarily assigned to the Rehabilitation unit, with responsibilities to float to Medical/Surgical as needed.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state
• 3 years minimum nursing experience
• BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• Completion of dysrhythmia course prior to the end of orientation
• Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients and carry out provider orders.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and care plans.
• Participate in daily safety huddles and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new nurses.
• Promote a positive department atmosphere and culture of safety.
