Delegation of Authority:

As a CNA you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties in providing resident cares/services.

Purpose of Your Job Position:

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide your residents with assistance in meeting scheduled needs as outlined in the care plan/service plan and in assisting with unscheduled needs when required according to established facility policies and procedures and as may be directed by your supervisor.
