Job Description
The job requires at least 4 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator. Excellent hands-on experience on IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills is also required. The role involves analyzing, detecting, identifying, and correcting technical problems and deficiencies. The candidate should determine requirements, design, build, test, implement, maintain, and enhance project requirements. Excellent software demonstration skills with critical-thinking and analytical skills are necessary. Experience on IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap, and IBM Content Navigator is a plus. Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, Opentext, IBM Filenet is also required. The candidate should have experience in tool evaluation and recommendation in the ECM space. Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win situations is essential. The candidate should have experience working with global teams.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology is also required.
