Weekly working hours: 40
As Central Services Clerk I for Mail Distribution department, duties include the following:
· Sort data bags containing inter-branch envelopes, small boxes and various bags.
· Receive incoming items from FEDEX, UPS, ONTRAC, US mail and couriers throughout the day.
· Pick up/deliver inter-office mail and boxes multiple times a day.
· Looking for unscanned items and box checks for retention.
· Scan proof work.
· Work with multiple applications on the PC.
· Operate mailing machines.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills required.
