CareBuilders at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to provide exceptional one-on-one care in a client's home in the Carmel, IN area.

We're looking for a caregiver who understand that outstanding care is about more than assisting with daily tasks, it's about building trust, providing meaningful companionship, and helping clients maintain their independence while treating them with dignity and respect.

Available Openings

Full-Time Weekday Caregiver

• Monday – Friday

• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (40 Hours)

Weekend Caregiver

• Saturday & Sunday

• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Please note: These are two separate positions. Applicants should be available for either the weekday schedule or the weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and meaningful engagement

• Assist with personal care, including bathing and grooming

• Prepare light meals

• Perform light housekeeping

• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed

• Encourage client independence while maintaining a safe environment

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience required

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong integrity, honesty, and accountability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoys building meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients

• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
