Join Our Team as a Universal Preschool Teacher at Future Scholars Early Learning Center!

Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact on young minds? Future Scholars Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team in Hainesport, NJ. As a Universal Preschool Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students in collaboration with Hainesport Township School District, helping them develop essential skills and prepare for future academic success.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Implement small group instruction to cater to individual student needs
• Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans utilizing Creative Curriculum
• Conduct parent conferences to discuss student progress
• Utilize instructional strategies to enhance student learning
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment

Required Skills:

• Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate, Preschool through Grade 3
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods.
• Ability to respectfully manage students, including students with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of proven instructional strategies as they relate to student achievement.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Meets all mandated health requirements (e.g., a negative tuberculosis test, etc.)
• Appointment may require successful completion of communicable disease, child abuse, CPR, first aid, and /or behavioral management training.
• Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary and work year to be determined by the Hainesport Township School Board of Trustees.
