What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively, ensuring safety and comfort
• Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons and nurses
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR systems
• Support staffing needs and participate in a rotating schedule, including on-call and weekends
• Travel to multiple locations to deliver anesthesia services as needed
• Adhere to hospital credentialing, safety, and quality protocols

What You Need

• Valid RN license and CRNA certification
• BLS, ACLS, and NBCRNA certification
• At least 1 year of recent CRNA experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

• Experience in a multi-site hospital environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
