About the Junior Data Analyst Role

The Junior Data Analyst will support the organization's digital and e-commerce initiatives by transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Reporting to a Senior Analyst and working closely with leadership, this role will help monitor performance, create reports, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives. Role Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple business sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field from an accredited four-year institution.
• At least six months of data analysis, reporting, or related experience, including internships.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to SQL, Tableau, or Python is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
