Job TitleOccupational TherapistJob DescriptionWork Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday variable hrs 6am-4:30pm, one weekend day every 4 weeks with a flex day during that work week, one assigned holiday/yr. Required.Work ExperienceParticipates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required.Licenses & CertificationsCurrent license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required.CPR certification.
