This opportunity is for a pharmacist to support inpatient care in a dynamic healthcare setting in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Schedule:

• Day shifts from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm (10-hour shifts)
• Flexible work options: Four 10-hour days per week or a 7 days on/7 days off block schedule
• Immediate start with a contract duration of at least 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians
• Consult with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient medication therapy
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles in patient care decisions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in Arizona
• Minimum of one year inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and patient care standards
