The Target Pay for this position is $18.00 an hour. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

The Warehouse Clerk works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor to carry out the following departmental responsibilities: order fulfillment including picking, packing and land shipping. This position requires the ability to pull and pack orders in a timely manner; stock all items in correct locations using the inventory management software as well as the barcode system. This position requires the ability to multi-task as well as follow standard operating procedures at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Order Picking: 25% of position responsibility

• Assigns orders to boxes ready to ship using barcode scanner
• Picks proper item numbers and quantities per pick list

Order Packing: 25% of position responsibility

• Use of barcode scanner to pack orders
• Packing product in properly sized boxes
• Prepares and packs products for shipment that require ice products in proper containers (Cold shipment)
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and hand jacks

Order Shipping: 25% of position responsibility

• Prepare boxes for shipment utilizing FedEx Ship Manager and UPS World Ship

Inventory: 20% of position responsibility

• Manually stock inventory and use Great Plains inventory program systems manager
• Complete Great Plains inventory inquiries and bin transfers

Other duties as assigned: 5% of position responsibility

Education and/or Experience: High School degree or equivalent. Six months' related experience and/or training in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to solve general math problems encountered in day-to-day operations
• Consistently displays attention to detail.
• Proficient in oral and written communications, both internally and externally
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a variety of situations
• Beginner ability with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Software and E-mail
