Material Handler

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Excellerate team as a Material Handler. This position is responsible for picking and processing orders within the warehouse. Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. The schedule may vary to include nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands. Travel: None. Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience: 1 or more years of experience. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, stage, and process materials and parts to support daily production and shipping needs. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the facility. Deliver materials to designated points of use on the production floor or within the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow and minimal downtime. Collaborate closely with assembly teams and warehouse staff to anticipate material needs and respond quickly to requests. Support a culture of safety and compliance by following all OSHA regulations and company policies related to material handling and workplace conduct. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment through regular housekeeping and 5S practices. Utilize hand and power tools as needed for packaging, kitting, or basic material prep. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with operational goals. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities, ensuring accuracy and reliability in material tracking systems. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
