• Location: Puyallup, Washington
• Initial Dates:
- November 16–22, 2026 - December 14–20, 2026
• Duration: Ongoing coverage throughout 2027; additional dates have not yet been provided
• Coverage Type: Call only
• Call Type: Beeper call
• Call Rotation: Approximately 1:6
• Response Time: 30 minutes
• Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 90‚Äì120 days
• Temporary Privileges: Not available
• Hospital Privileges: Required
### Requirements
• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
• Active Washington medical license or IMLC eligibility
• Active BLS certification
• Adult general urology experience
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
• Ureteroscopy
• Ability to manage assigned and unassigned patients
### Preferred Skills
• Advanced endoscopic techniques
• Laparoscopic surgery
• Incontinence procedures
• Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy
### Clinical Details
• Level III trauma facility
• Approximately 2‚Äì3 phone consultations during call
• Approximately 2‚Äì3 patients seen
• Estimated callback rate of 30%
• Support includes:
- 1 RN - 3 Medical Assistants - 1 NP/PA - 3 office staff members
• No APP or resident supervision required
