Wireless Sales Representative – Boost Mobile (Picayune, Ms)

Join our team! We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals who enjoy helping customers and are driven to succeed. Sales experience is preferred, but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and provide outstanding customer service.
• Sell wireless phones, service plans, accessories, and protection plans.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Activate new accounts, process upgrades, bill payments, and phone transfers.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, data transfers, and device setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Accurately handle cash, inventory, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Stay knowledgeable on current promotions, products, and services.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
