  • Ensures accurate and timely medical record documentation, including goal setting, functional assessments, and charge entries, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Participates in student supervision and contributes to a positive learning environment.
  • Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and professional activities.
  • Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to relevant State Practice Acts and professional codes of conduct.
  • Engages in organizational performance improvement initiatives and contributes to quality enhancement.
