RN Manager - Long Term Care - Kodiak

Under general supervision works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and other members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver elder centered care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to standards of practice, incorporating the Eden Philosophy as part of our core values and practices. This position ensures smooth operational management and a comprehensive approach to quality improvement and infection control at Providence Valdez Medical Center Long Term Care. Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. 3 years of experience as an RN in a healthcare facility. 1 year of Long term care or related experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree related to health sciences. Experience managing programs or staff in a healthcare setting. Experience in human resource/organizational development and/or healthcare training. Quality Improvement and Infection Control experience.
