Job Details: Schedule: 8-hour days, starting on 09/21/2026 and ending on 12/21/2026, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: One year of skilled home health experience, BCLS certification, valid state license (compact licenses accepted), and ability to work in the designated location. Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience preferred; familiarity with electronic charting systems such as EPIC, Rover, and Oasis. Certifications: BCLS Additional Information: Travelers are expected to have their own transportation as the role involves visits to multiple patients within roughly a 60-mile radius. Applicants must be willing to work a block schedule with no overnight or weekend requirements. Candidates should have availability to work during daytime hours and be prepared for occasional visits to up to six patients per day.
