Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Vancouver Specialty & Rehabilitation Care in Vancouver, WA. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with various physical impairments and disabilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and group classes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow as a professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
