What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting a full range of speech and language skills
• Carefully monitor, record, and communicate student progress to stakeholders
• Work seamlessly with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated and holistic care
• Equip families with strategies and education to support therapy goals at home

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but recent graduates (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Prior experience with school-aged or pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to balance working autonomously with collaborating as part of a team
