  • Note: Local candidates are not accepted; there is a 50-mile radius restriction.
  • Non-billable orientation hours: 12 hours of non-billable orientation.
  • Submission must disclose if the clinician has previously worked for the healthcare provider; if so, the end date must be at least 12 months prior to the submission date.
  • Client may give a 2-week notice and call off up to 48 hours per 13 weeks.
