The posted compensation range of $46.56 - $53.19 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Clinical Dietitian I, you will serve as a key entry-level clinician, assessing patient nutritional status to enhance disease and condition management. You will work within an interdisciplinary environment to improve patient care outcomes for the general population and those with complex needs.

Every day you will conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and implement specific interventions, including personalized education for patients and families. You will actively monitor progress, adjust care plans, and collaborate with Food and Nutrition Services to ensure exceptional patient experience and dining quality.

To be successful in this role, you will leverage your strong skills in disease management, health counseling, and nutrition therapy to develop effective intervention plans. Your expertise in managing priorities, maintaining accuracy, and collaborating across teams will be essential in this patient-focused environment.
