General Information

Unit Specifics:
• Number of Beds - 16
• Number of Staff - 20
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - ( 1 Charge 1-2 other RNs)
o Night Shift - ( 1 Point person 1-2 other RNs)
o 1 LPN each shift if full at 15/16 patients
o 1 PCT each shift if full at 15/16 patients
o No PIC
• Type of equipment : Type of equipment - Welch Allens
• Documentation system: EMR -Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hour shifts- rotating every 3rd weekend
• Floating policy: any medical floor
• Patient Experience requirements: rehab documentation knowledge is preferred

Must have :
• BLS
Advanced skills needed:
• ACLS or PALS - nice to have
• Basic Dysthymia class - nice to have
Procedures performed on unit:
• Post stroke patients
• Surgical patients (neuro or ortho)
• Medical patients that need increased therapy
Certifications Required: preferred CRRN certification

Dress Code : (Required uniform)
