Build Projects People Actually Use

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a growing construction team specializing in golf courses, athletic fields, sports complexes, and related site construction

This is a hands-on, high-volume PM opportunity where you will manage projects ranging from approximately $1.3M to $12M across the Midwest and East Coast.

You'll work closely with superintendents, architects, engineers, crews, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often 10–12 at various stages.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Serve as the company lead with architects and engineers.
• Act as the liaison between project superintendents and the office.
• Manage procurement and purchase orders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, schedules, and costs.
• Conduct regular site visits and travel to active projects.
• Use Procore for billing, documentation, and daily reporting.
• Help solve problems and keep projects moving when schedules change.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of construction/project management experience, OR an engineering degree with strong interest in construction.
• Concrete experience preferred; earthwork and sitework experience also considered.
• Experience with project management software.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects and competing priorities.
• Comfortable with approximately 70% travel.
• Must live locally in the Kansas City/Lee's Summit area.

Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
