Job Duties Build and ship full-stack features across a TypeScript and React-based application. Design and implement AI agent workflows that extend beyond basic retrieval-based systems. Develop infrastructure components using AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments. Work directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and translate them into product requirements. Contribute to system architecture decisions across product, platform, and infrastructure layers. Deploy and maintain secure, production-grade AI systems for enterprise environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and technical strategy. Take ownership of features from concept through implementation and production rollout. Participate in shaping engineering culture and development practices in a high-growth environment. Job Requirements Experience building and shipping production AI or LLM-based systems beyond simple retrieval approaches. Strong full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript and React or equivalent frontend frameworks. Experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes. Track record of delivering production software systems and features. Ability to work independently and make technical decisions in ambiguous environments. Experience working in small, fast-moving engineering teams. Background in AI/ML systems, agent frameworks, or enterprise integrations. Exposure to enterprise customer environments or forward-deployed engineering work. Comfort working across multiple layers of the technology stack from infrastructure to application.
